As Long as I’m Famous
Inspired by true events, writer-director Bruce Reisman‘s new indie drama As Long as I’m Famous is set during the summer of 1948 and explores the interpersonal relationships of stage and screen stars from post-war Hollywood and Broadway’s golden age. Specifically, the film follows the private, often forbidden romances of iconic movie star Montgomery Clift (played by Gavin Adams) and legendary composer Richard Rodgers (played by Eric Lutes) – all told through the perspective of a then-unknown twenty-four-year-old writer named Sidney Lumet (Aaron Fors). Sensual, witty, poignant and heartfelt, As Long as I’m Famous shows how, during the Golden Age of Broadway and Hollywood, sexual secrets and privacy were not just implied, they were expected.

Children of God
Blond haired, blue-eyed Johnny (Johnny Ferro) travels to the island of Eleuthera intent on finding some artistic inspiration. After arriving, he meets the confident, attractive black musician Romeo (Stephen Tyrone Williams) and it is instantly clear that there is a spark between them. Although Romeo has a fiancé, he has secretly played with boys on the side before – but Johnny is not just any boy, and soon their relationship becomes far more complex than a simple fling. Struggling to overcome rampant homophobia, and an anti-gay crusade erupting around them, it is going to take more than wishful thinking for their love to last. A beautifully shot, captivating romance, Children of God paints a universally relevant portrait of desire, sexual conflict, tolerance and self-acceptance.

Rialto
Colm (Tom Vaughan-Lawlor) is a married man in his mid-forties with two teenage children. Though he has a seemingly great life, his world is about to crack open. Still grieving the death of his father, a destructive figure in his life, Colm finds himself struggling to connect with his own family. A shake-up at work also starts threatening their financial future. Desperate for comfort, he falls into the arms of a younger hustler named Jay (Dunkirk star Tom Glynn-Carney) and starts down and increasingly self-destructive path. As his sexual encounters with Jay become more frequent and intense, his recklessness starts to put his entire family life at risk. Don’t miss this tense new drama from Irish director Peter Mackie Burns and writer Mark O’Halloran, based on his own play Trade.

Voyage
Get ready for a sexually explicit, highly erotic new drama from Scud, the acclaimed Hong Kong filmmaker behind Amphetamine, Permanent Residence, City Without Baseball and Love Actually… Sucks. Voyage centers on a young psychiatrist who embarks on a lone journey from Hong Kong, along the coast of Southeast Asia, to overcome his depression. On the sea, he records stories of people departed from this world prematurely, and reflects on the sad experiences he encountered with former patients. Meanwhile, what awaits him on the shore is the ultimate irony of life. This director always pushes boundaries and a whole lot of male nudity and explicit sex scenes… and we’re quite happy to report that Voyage is no exception. Stream it now and enjoy!

Blurred Lines
Janik and Samuel (Emil von Schonfels and Mekyas Mulugeta) are best friends enjoying their final year of high school. Though they share a tight bond, they come from different worlds. Janik’s parents are responsible and uptight. Samuel comes from a broken home. The two teens seem to want what the other has. While Samuel looks for order and discipline, Janik seeks out chaos in his day-to-day life. When a thoughtless incident puts their relationship in jeopardy, the pair decide to leave Germany and set off on a long-planned trip to Istanbul. While there, the boys look to enjoy their freedom, try out a new life and figure out the true depths of their friendship. Blurred Lines is a sexy and thought-provoking new coming-of-age drama.

Kill the Monsters
When the young, pretty and charmingly aloof Frankie (Jack Ball) falls mysteriously ill, his older and wiser partners – overthinking, practical Patrick (Ryan Lonergan), and impulsive, fiery Sutton (Garrett McKechnie) – agree that it’s time to head West, begin new adventures and seek holistic treatment. From here, the highs and lows of the trio’s journey mirror key points in United States history – from hot sex in their luxurious New York City apartment through a road trip that results in a civil war and possible breakup to an all-out poker war involving scheming, sophisticated and calculating German and Russian lesbians. Don’t miss this sexy, funny, touching and expertly-crafted black and white indie gem.

Fair Haven
After a long stay in ex-gay conversion therapy, James (Michael Grant), a young piano prodigy, returns home to his family farm and his emotionally distant father Richard (Tom Wopat). After Richard pressures James to give up his music career and take over the farm, James agrees as a way to make up for his past. Soon, however, he finds himself face-to-face with his former lover Charlie (Josh Green), who wants to help him turn away from his new beliefs and follow his dreams. A touching, deeply romantic drama, Fair Haven is often heartbreaking, but ultimately life-affirming – and the performances, across the board, are terrific. Young up-and-comers Green and Grant make their forbidden love palpable (and very sweet).

Floating Skyscrapers
Kuba (Mateusz Banasiuk) finds his life following a pretty normal path. A professional swimmer from Warsaw, he trains in the pool by day and returns home to the bed of his pretty girlfriend Sylwia (Marta Nieradkiewicz) at night. Until, that is, he meets Michal (Bartosz Gelner) at a gallery opening. Now, instead of training, he spends his afternoons in the city with Michal, enjoying a friendship that soon turns into a passionate love affair. Emotionally torn, Kuba ends up turning his whole life upside down – with fatal consequences for all. With Floating Skyscrapers, Polish writer-director Thomasz Wasilewski tells a story of broken hearts and the discovery of sexual identity against the backdrop of socially rooted homophobia.

Wild Awakening
An erotic forbidden love story, Wild Awakening has the vibe of a sexy and cheesy gay soap opera. Siblings Emma and Toni (Júlia Hernández and Fabián Castro) inherit their family’s horse riding school – a place where men are seemingly forever running around shirtless. Though they’re the rightful owners, neither Emma nor Toni seem well equipped to keep the business going. Leadership responsibilities fall to Ramon (Richie Ormon), the foreman. Things get tricky, though, when both Emma and Toni fall in love with his smoking hot son Aaron (Christian Blanch). Stacked full of staggeringly hot men and dripping with sensuality, Wild Awakening is about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on.

When the two set out on a trip together through the desolate, wide-open country of Siberia in an effort to reach a troubled relative, things begin to change. The Third

Thinking that a third person might spice up their relationship, they agree to move forward only to learn that relationship issues only become more apparent once someone steps in to fill the gaps. What ensues is a tumultuous experience as everyone tries to figure the true definition of love… and whether or not it can be maintained in a three-person relationship. Don’t miss this totally addictive new series.

People You May Know
A sexy ensemble cast sparks this lively drama that poses some rather provocative questions about the boundaries of friendship and sexuality. Joe, Delia, Rodrigo, and Herbert are very close friends in their mid-30s who are about to see their closeness tested. Delia and Joe used to be a couple until Joe realized he was gay. Then Delia met Rodrigo and true love blossomed with one exception: no kids. When Rodrigo has to return to Madrid to work for six months, Delia and Joe spend a lot of time together and after a night of drinking the two end up in bed together, with Delia winding up pregnant. Having recently discovered Rodrigo is sterile, Delia wants to keep the baby – just as Joe is contemplating a new relationship with his online lover. Then there’s Herbert, the fourth member of this quartet, who is also gay and wrestling with doubts over his affair with a much younger man. When Rodrigo learns the truth, all hell breaks loose. Sean Maher, Mark Cirillo, Lauren Mayhew and Andrea Grano star in this endearing film from director J.C. Falcon.

Furious Desires
Desire is mysterious. Desire is overwhelming. Desire is tragic. Desire is FURIOUS. The many permutations of that strange thing called desire are on full display in this stunning collection of short films: Daytime Doorman tracks the burgeoning desire between Marcelo and his sexy doorman Marcio. Xavier charts the beginnings of desire when Nicholas begins to notice his son, Xavier, only pays attention to certain types of boys. The Other Side is about the frustrations of unfulfilled desire when the object of your lust is beyond your reach – literally. The Tiger’s Fight explores what happens when one man, unbound by the ancient traditions, decides to subvert what’s expected of him to declare his desire for his best friend. Finally, in Loris Is Fine, we learn about the lengths two young lovers will go to prove that their love is beyond desire altogether.
