The director behind Were the World Mine invites you to say Hello Again

Adapted from influential composer Michael John LaChiusa‘s successful 1994 off-Broadway stage musical of the same name, Hello Again follows ten different characters who become connected through an erotic chain of exciting sexual encounters. The film spans across all ten decades that make up the 20th century.

Here, the time-hopping daisy chain of musical bed-hopping begins with the always-delightful Martha Plimpton, who leads a star-studded cast that also includes Cheyenne Jackson, T.R. Knight, Rumer Willis and Audra McDonald. Director Tom Gustafson, the same wildly talented filmmaker behind the beloved gay romance Were the World Mine, helms this emotionally moving and lusty portrait of the previous century. Hello Again shows that, through both music and sex, the universal desire to connect with other people goes well beyond orientation.
