Boys
In this beautiful and uplifting gay romance, two teen track stars discover first love as they train for the biggest relay race of their young lives. Chiseled Dutch phenom Gijs Blom stars as Sieger, a thoughtful 15-year-old who grapples mightily with his emerging gayness. Equally handsome Ko Zandvliet co-stars as his love interest, the spirited and outgoing Marc. In their boyish summer courtship the two of them swim, bike, run – and share ice creams and kisses as they gradually find the courage to be vulnerable with one another. The romance between them unfolds with a palpable sense of longing – and an aching sequence of heartache as Sieger tries to fight the inevitable.

Cousins
From writer-director-star Thiago Cazado, the creator behind the 2017 gay romance About Us, comes a controversial and supremely sexy new coming-of-age love story. Young Lucas (Paulo Sousa) lives with his religious Aunt Lourdes (Juliana Zancanaro) in a quiet country town, where he dutifully helps her proselytize by playing biblical songs on his keyboard. His quiet life is soon agitated, however, when his aunt announces the arrival of another nephew named Mario (Thiago Cazado), who has just been released from jail. Forced to share a bedroom, these two cousins find their personalities clashing… until an unexpected attraction starts to bond them together. Packed with male nudity and cousin-to-cousin sexual tension, this new film is not afraid to push boundaries.

Free Fall
Max Riemelt, the super-sexy star of Sense8, and hottie Hanno Koffler co-star as gay lovers in this wildly popular drama. It’s been called the German Brokeback Mountain for its portrayal of forbidden love between two police cadets as previously heterosexual Marc (Koffler) and fellow male cop Kay (Riemelt) embark on an unexpected life-changing affair. Free Fall is part of a new wave of powerful German cinema. As director Stephan Lacant’s first feature film, the film tells the dramatic tale of a man who finds himself outside the clear-cut boundaries of his world. Exceptional performances from Koffler, Riemelt and Katharina Schüttler provide a moving portrayal of what happens when life plans crumble and there is no way left to fulfill the needs of the people you love.

Giant Little Ones
Franky Winter (Josh Wiggins) and Ballas Kohl (Darren Mann) have been best friends since childhood. These two young men are considered high school royalty: they’re handsome, stars of the swim team and popular with girls. They live a seemingly perfect teenage life… until the night of Franky’s epic 17th birthday party. When Franky and Ballas find themselves unexpectedly hooking up, the incident changes their lives forever. Co-starring Maria Bello, Taylor Hickson and Kyle MacLachlan Giant Little Ones is a heartfelt and intimate coming-of-age story about friendship, self-discovery and the power of love without labels. Buzzfeed called it “Lovely, funny and quite moving” and NPR said that it is “Everything Love, Simon could have been.”

Hard Paint
An erotic drama from Brazil, Hard Paint follows Pedro (Shico Menegat), a seductive young man who earns a living in chat rooms. The image resolution may not be perfect, but when Pedro transforms himself into NeonBoy in front of his webcam he manages to create the desired impression. Slowly, he dips his fingers into pots of colored paint and glides them across his naked body. Glowing in the dark, NeonBoy follows his users’ commands – and even agrees to meet one in a private chat room for money. But things change when Pedro’s sister moves out of their shared apartment and he notices that somebody is imitating his performances. He agrees to go on a date with his new mysterious rival… unaware that this rendezvous will have far-reaching consequences.

Just Friends
Joris is trying to come to terms with his broken family relationships on the tenth anniversary of his father’s death when he meets the free-spirited, Yad. Also dealing with family issues, Yad has returned home to The Netherlands after living on his own. Joris and Yad spark an instant connection and decide they want to be more than “just friends,” but fear their families could threaten their relationship. This ultra-sexy romantic comedy goes beyond the usual young gay love story, marking Just Friends as a truly modern tale of queer love. The San Francisco Chronicle said “with the right mix of humor, romance, sexiness and pathos, this enchanting cross-cultural love story is a witty, well-acted crowd-pleaser.”

Papi Chulo
From John Butler, the acclaimed writer-director behind 2016 hit Handsome Devil, comes a heartfelt comedy starring Matt Bomer, Ryan Guzman, Wendi McLendon-Covey and more! After a newly-single local TV weatherman (Bomer) is put on leave following an on-air meltdown, he directs his energy into home improvement and hires a middle-aged Latino day laborer named Ernesto (Alejandro Patino) to help. Despite a language barrier and having nothing much in common, the two men develop an unexpected but profound friendship in this darkly comedic reflection on class, ethnicity, and companionship in contemporary Los Angeles. The performances are superb in this touching new buddy comedy that aims to break down all sorts of long-standing social barriers.

Sauvage/Wild
Sauvage/Wild, filmmaker Camille Vidal-Naquet‘s riveting and vibrant erotic journey of a 22-year-old male prostitute named Leo, features a stunning performance from Felix Maritaud (BPM, Boys, Knife+Heart). Leo trades in love as much as lust and wanders through his life without rules or restrictions. Through a series of encounters that offer a glimpse into the complicated and visceral world of male sex work, Leo finds himself searching for affection anywhere he can get it – whether it’s the unrequited love for his hustler friend Ahd (Eric Bernard) or in the arms of an older, vulnerable client. Will Leo choose his freedom and the dangers that come with it, or the comforts of a stable relationship? After all, in this unpredictable world, who knows where he’ll end up?

Steam Room Stories: The Movie
From the director of eCupidThe 10-Year Plan and Is It Just Me? comes Steam Room Stories: The Movie, a brand new feature-length adaptation of the beloved (and incredibly sexy) web series. Believing that she may have found The Fountain of Youth, failing cosmetics magnate Sally Fay will stop at nothing to possess the waters of everyone’s favorite Hollywood steam room to help lift her sagging empire. What she doesn’t count on is that all of the loyal gay steam room regulars will band together to thwart her evil plans. Starring Traci Lords and a whole bunch of ridiculously handsome hunks – in various levels of undress – this hilarious new comedy is a relentlessly fun, silly and sexy crowd-pleaser.

Those People
On Manhattan’s gilded Upper East Side, a young painter named Charlie (Jonathan Gordon) finds the man of his dreams in an older pianist from across the globe, Tim (Haaz Sleiman). If only Charlie weren’t secretly in love with his own manipulative best friend, Sebastian (Jason Ralph), who is embroiled in a financial scandal. In the wake of Sebastian’s notoriety, their tight-knit group of friends must confront the new realities of adulthood. Those People has earned numerous awards and great critical acclaim. The San Francisco Chronicle said “Brimming with erotic tension, this formidable film places a microscope on upper-crust, young gay Manhattanites involved in a deliciously complicated love triangle. It’s riveting throughout.”
