I'm Fine: Season One (c) Dekkoo Films

Coming Soon: I’m Fine: Season 2

I’m Fine: Season 2 is coming to Dekkoo in January, 2018, and there’s a teaser available now!

In season 2 of the acclaimed Dekkoo Original Series, Nate decides it’s time to grow up and move on from his breakup with Joey. However, Nate’s fall-out with Jeff continues to loom while the friends in his life seem to have a better grasp of what growing up and moving on really means.

A fresh, honest, and humorous look at gay male relationships, friendships and the often-blurry line between the two, I’m Fine: Season 1 offered up an adorable “pocket series,” consisting of eight short episodes, each around 5-10 minutes in length. Brandon Kirby, a Los Angeles based director, created each in an effort to challenge long format series and embrace the short attention spans of contemporary viewers.

Just Came Out: Doors Cut Down

Doors Cut Down is available in a Special Edition Blu-ray from Altered Innocence and Anus Films starting TODAY! Click here to pick up your copy.

A subversive 18-minute short film, Doors Cut Down made a big splash when it debuted on the LGBT film festival circuit back in the year 2000. The film follows Guillermo (Israel Rodriguez), a 16-year old who seems like an average high school student, but hides a grown-up secret. He’s becomes a suave expert at cruising his local shopping malls for gay sex. Always looking for a new trick, he even resorts to seducing his much older English tutor. When he finally meets the hottest guy he’s ever seen, a man who may mean more to him than just a hot fuck, Guillermo finds himself suddenly conflicted.

Directed by Antonio Hens, who went on to make feature films like Clandestinos and The Last MatchDoors Cut Down made a bit of a comeback last year when it became available again as a streaming option on Dekkoo. Now it’s been given the royal treatment by the brand-new label Anus Films (a spirited play on Janus Films, revered distributor of world cinema masterpieces like Fox & His Friends and Ali: Fear Eats the Soul). Newly restored in High Definition, the short is now available in a Special Edition Blu-ray.
